Liptov Bryndza

The aim of the campaign was to introduce young people to bryndza (traditional Slovak sheep’s cheese) as a food they can eat every day.

This generation mainly sees bryndza cheese as an ingredient in traditional dishes such as halušky (thick, soft noodles), demikát (sheep’s cheese soup) or in a spread. At the same time, it is often referred to as a Slovak superfood and a suitable alternative to other popular cheeses.
