How can an older target group be motivated to install a Mobile Banking application? It was important not to build the campaign solely around them with a relevant influencer, but to create a campaign targeted at those who trust technology the most... their children. Therefore, we prepared the communication line with Zuzana Machová, who presented the typical excuses made by children when asked for technical assistance. The comedians Zrebný and Frlajs also reached the younger target audience by parroting the things parents will typically say in this context. These videos reached top of the trending charts and gained us hundreds of new Mobile Banking users.
